Now, in our 20th year of providing high quality holiday programmes for visitors to Wales, Gwyneth and I believe our new 2013 itineraries will interest those who want to experience a truly in-depth tour of Wales, and not simply a fleeting glimpse of the main attractions.
Over the years we have listened to our customers’ comments and learned what the really important ingredients are that make for a good tour. We know, for instance, that our customers are not happy with early starts after a rushed breakfast, or having to pack and unpack every other day to move on to the next hotel. They like to travel along the back-roads of Wales at a leisurely pace, with frequent stops, and are always on the lookout for the unexpected event and spot wonderful photo opportunities. They like to be allowed time to gain a genuine insight into the local culture, and as many opportunities as possible to taste the delicious regional cuisine and chat with ordinary people going about their everyday lives. Testimonials received, and repeat visits from many satisfied clients, confirm we have the right balance.
I believe we also give excellent value for money, offering full and varied programmes which include visits to some of our most iconic attractions, as well as discovering hidden gems often found well away from the tourist trail that only a local guide would know about.
I hope to meet you in Wales in 2013.
Warmest regards
